WHAT IS RNG?
RNG: Random Number Generator (RNG) is the component (either software-based, hardware-based or a combination of both) used for generating the numbers to be mapped for final game outcomes.

MOBILE GAMES
TST Technical Systems Testing North America Incorporated (TST), a company domiciled in Vancouver, Canada, was contracted to evaluate Three United Mobile Solutions AG's (Three United) Random Number Generator (RNG) for compliance with generally accepted industry standards for highly regulated jurisdictions, as well as with the manufacturer's specifications. TST completed the evaluation of the Three United RNG on 23 February 2005 and reached the following result:
"The evaluation has shown that the RNG algorithm produces a statistically acceptable source of random numbers. The scaling and mapping algorithm produces numbers that have no statistically significant bias. Additionally the software implementation of the RNG has been determined to produce outcomes that are virtually impossible to predict using external means. The Three United RNG complies with generally accepted industry standards for highly regulated jurisdictions, as well as with the manufacturer's specifications. TST believes that the mathematical RNG implementation of the Three United RNG is random and unbiased towards any particular outcomes. TST certifies the Three United RNG for use within highly regulated jurisdictions."

VS TECHNOLOGY
TST Technical Systems Testing North America Incorporated (TST), a company domiciled in Vancouver, Canada, was contracted to evaluate VS Technology Limited's Random Number Generator (RNG) for compliance with generally accepted industry standards for highly regulated jurisdictions, as well as with the manufacturer's specifications. TST completed the evaluation of the evaluate VS Technology Limited´s RNG on 5 December 2005 and reached the following result:
"The evaluation has shown that the RNG algorithm produces a statistically acceptable source of random numbers. The scaling and mapping algorithm produces numbers that have no statistically significant bias. Additionally, the software implementation of the RNG has been determined to produce outcomes that are virtually impossible to predict using external means the VS Technology Limited´s RNG complies with generally accepted industry standards for highly regulated jurisdictions, as well as with the manufacturer's specifications. FOOTBALL 1X2
"The University of Hertfordshire Statistical Services and Consultancy unit have been engaged by the Directors of Football 1x2 LIMITED to review the output of the RNG used at its gaming software.
Our responsibility is to confirm that the RNG Number Generator uses by Football 1x2 LIMITED produces numbers such that every number has an equal chance of being selected at every stage.
We have carried out extensive analysis of numbers obtained from the RNG used by Football 1x2 to determine the outcome of its games. The conclusion drawn from this analysis is that the numbers are entirely consistent with what a truly random process would be expected to produce."

This Certification Letter pertains to Technical Systems Testing (TST)'s evaluation and resultant certification of the Alands Penningautomatförening (PAF) Core Random Number Generator (RNG), for use within highly regulated jurisdictions.
TST's evaluation was performed with the aim of verifying compliance with any applicable requirements from the following set of standards and specifications:
- PAF's technical specifications for their RNG, and
- Generally-accepted industry standards for highly-regulated jurisdictions.
TST successfully completed the evaluation of the PAF Core RNG on 18 July 2008.
TST has verified through mathematical and statistical analysis, within a 95.0% confidence interval (this is a documented interval of confidence for such statistical analysis), that the PAF Core RNG distributes raw numbers with sufficient non-predictable, fair distribution and lack of bias to particular outcomes.
Subject to the following specific limitation, and subject to the inherent confines of a laboratory compliance evaluation of this type, TST certifies that the PAF Core RNG meets or exceeds any applicable requirements from the sets of standards and specifications.
TST's compliance evaluation was limited to the laboratory environment, and was performing using the WinOne GameAPI Random Generator module (winone.gameapi RNG module version 2.0.0) of the PAF Core RNG.
TST's evaluation was based on specific information and materials (including, but not necessarily limited to source code, software, configurations, documentation and general correspondence), as submitted to TST throughout the duration of the evaluation. For verification purposes, TST has maintained a control version (or the means of verifying the control version) of all information and materials.

At , we use Random Number Generators (RNG) which are controlled by the worldwide accredited testing facility for gaming and wagering systems Technical Systems Testing (TST).
Sophisticated algorithms ensure that generated numbers are neither predictable nor have any connection to one another in any way.
