Blackjack Tourney

A blackjack tournament is a multi-player game. Each player starts with an equal amount of chips, and play continues until either one player remains or the game play across all levels is completed. The winner is either the only player with any chips left or the player with the largest chip balance at the end of the tournament. Each tournament has a buy-in as well as a fee. The size of the prize pool depends on the number of people playing in the tournament and will be paid out to the winners in its entirety. A fee will be retained by PartyCasino Casino. The dealer button will determine where the game play starts at the beginning of the tournament. Each player's goal is to amass as many chips as possible. Players who lose all their chips are out of the tournament.

PartyCasino Casino currently offers Sit & Go tournaments only:

Sit & Go tournaments:

These tournaments are available 24/7. They start as soon as the required minimum number of players are seated at the tournament table.

Auto Bet Options:

Apart from the regular blackjack options available to players, there are three additional auto bet options available in Sit & Go tournaments:

  • Bet minimum: This option will bet the minimum amount required to play the round.
  • Bet maximum: This option will bet the maximum amount allowed. If the available balance is less than the maximum amount allowed, entire balance is placed as a wager.
  • Repeat last bet: This option will bet the amount of the previous bet. If the available balance is less than the previous bet, the entire balance is placed as a wager. If the minimum bet amount is greater than the last bet, the minimum bet amount is placed as a wager.

Tournament rules:

  • A tournament is a contest in which all players start with an equal amount of chips and continue to play until either only one player remains in the game or until the game play across all levels is completed.
  • Sit & Go's start as soon as the required number of players takes their seats. Players choose their seats on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Players can register by paying a pre-determined buy-in and fee. The buy-in, with the fee included, will be displayed in the ‘Tournament details’ tab and in the Lobby.
  • Players will be allowed to unregister from a Sit & Go tournament before the tournament starts by simply clicking on the ‘EXIT GAME’ button.
  • Players can register for only one seat in a tournament. However he or she will be allowed to unregister and register again.
  • The buy-in is put into the prize pool, while the fee is kept by PartyCasino Casino. The size of the prize pool depends on the number of people playing in the tournament and will be paid out in its entirety to the winner(s).
  • The total prize amount and the number of prizes in that tournament will be shown in the buy in window while registering for the tournament.
  • No re-buys are allowed once the tournament has started.
  • The details and status of all tournaments are available in the Tournament Lobby. Players can register for the tournament of their choice by double-clicking on it. Further details regarding the levels are available in the buy-in window.
  • Each tournament comprises a few levels. A certain number of hands must be played in each level. The levels and the number of hands to be played at each level may vary depending on the tournament.
  • A tournament will continue until either all levels are completed or only one player is left. If all the hands in all levels are played out, and more than one player has a chips balance remaining, the player with the largest chip balance will be the winner.
  • If multiple players have same closing balance at the end of the tournament, then player with the higher chip balance at the start of the final hand will be the winner. If this beginning chip balance is also the same for more than 1 player all those players will win the tournament and share the win amount equally. The same logic will be used in deciding the subsequent rankings and prizes if any.
  • The dealer button determines where the game play starts. The dealer button keeps moving in a clockwise direction after each hand. The button movement doesn’t change even if the number of hands or game levels are increased.
  • The player with the dealer button will get the first card and the rest of the cards are dealt to the other players in a clockwise direction. Similarly, the player with dealer button will get to act on his cards first before the action goes to the next player in a clockwise direction. The insurance option is an exemption to this rule, and will be shown to all players simultaneously.
  • When a player is disconnected or doesn’t act in time, he is considered to be away from the game. Players can select to be away from the action by clicking on the ‘AWAY’ checkbox
  • The minimum bet amount is placed on a player’s behalf when he is away from the game. The player will also be considered to have stood on his first two cards. Players who are away from the table may not take the insurance option, if this option is available.
  • The player can click the ‘I AM BACK’ button when he returns to the table. He can then start playing with the normal game options.
  • The deck is shuffled after 20% of the cards in the decks have been used.

Cancellation Policy

  • If a tournament is cancelled for technical reasons, any player who was eliminated prior to cancellation will lose his or her buy-in and entry fee. The remaining players will be refunded their buy-ins and entry fees and will equally divide the buy-in monies from the players already eliminated, regardless of their chip count when the tournament was cancelled.
